As Account Manager, you will act as a primary point-of-contact for the company’s ticketing clients, which include live music venues, performing arts groups, museums, festival organizers, nightclubs, non-profit organizations and colleges and universities.
Our Account Managers are focused on working with and providing support to others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within the ShowClix ticketing system. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.
