Client Support Representative

ShowClix is looking for a highly-motivated individual to help support our amazing clients! As a Client Support Representative, you will assist event organizers from all over the world on a daily basis. With clients spanning a variety of industries, you could talk to a circus in the morning, a comic con in the afternoon and a beer festival in the evening. If you think you can keep up, apply today!


  • Know your way around the ShowClix event ticketing system
  • Onboard new clients on our ticketing and marketing platform
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • Assist our Event Operations team on-site at events
  • Support Client Success and Event Operations
  • Become an expert on Salesforce and


  • Savvy with software, spreadsheets and technology in general
  • Confident and thoughtful communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Organized, efficient and able to juggle more than a handful of responsibilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to implement new clients and quickly handle issues
  • Maintain a calm, friendly attitude (even in stressful situations)
  • Team player who is motivated to support the team and our clients
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Background in ticketing and/or entertainment industry
  • Technical troubleshooting skills (mobile devices, tablets, laptops, printers, networking)
