Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of event specialists that train, support and advise clients on our ticketing + access control platform.
Our clients produce awesome events in many different verticals including conventions, festivals, museums and attractions. Support topics include event setup & consultation, marketing tools & best practices, reporting and hardware setup & troubleshooting.
